Use of CFF stage exits out designer client!

When i double click on the CFF stage it takes me out of datastage . I've reinstalled the Client. Checked on repository for corrupted files I see none. Client machine is on Winxp SP1 .Please suggest me if there is a way to resolve this issue?

I had an issue similar to this and it turned out to be a bug in the client. You might want to call support and see if they have had reports of similar issues and if there is a client patch available.

Windows XP Service Pack1 or 2 . For designer client to work effectively the DPI setting should be 96. The issue we had was with the DPI setting.

We had the same issue and had to get a patch from support. I'm not sure, but it may require SP2.
