That's what you need to ask Support. I can't see anyone here knowing unless they've faced and resolved the same issue. :?

Access violation is an attempt to refer to a memory addrss either that does not exist or that your process has no right to access. There are myriad possible reasons, too many to essay to describe here. Search, both here and in web search engines, to get some idea of possible causes. And contact your support provider; if there's a bug in the software it must be reported back to the vendor; if there's an error in your coding, you obviously need support to get it fixed.
