Teradata TimeStamp to Oracle Timestamp(9) -- 12 hour format

Having trouble converting - '2007-08-13 02:59:13.730829 PM' to an Oracle 12 Hour Timestamp Have tried to_date('yyyy-mm-dd hh:mi:ss.ff6am' (among others) can't find any documentation

Try editing Teradata timestamp to oracle timestamp format using [] function.

If what you really have on the Oracle side is a flavor of TIMESTAMP you'll need to use the TO_TIMESTAMP function rather than TO_DATE. And the first documentation you should be looking for is the Oracle documentation.
