Hi ,

I am getting the following Warning for each record when i am running the job.

SrcMCustomerMasterFileView,0: Invalid character conversion found converting to ISO-8859-1, substituting

I had imported the Table definition from sql server through ODBC with the NLS ISO-8859-1

Please help me in solving this Warning.
