Not able to connect perticular project

Hello,
We have 42 different projects on the Development machine.out of these projects we are not able to connect one project neither from Designer,Director nor Manager.
It is not giving any error or massage but it keeps trying running and then after sometime it gets hanged.
1.Do you have any idea what can be reason ?
2.How can I check if My project is got currupted or not ?
