I want to delete the jobs that are not used as EPM comes with a bundle of jobs.
Please let me know command to given on commnad line for delketing the jobs by checking the status for not ran or not used used more than once.

The deletion cannot be done from the command line. You can check the status and run dates/times for a job in the director, and use usage analysis in the manager to see where a job is used.

... and then delete them, either individually or by Category, from the GUI. Hope you have a good backup!

Even if you think you have a good backup, export the entire project first. This will aid whoever has to come in to clean up the mess if you try doing it from the command line.
