How to use dummy key in a hash file?
Welcome Aboard
You have posted in the wrong forum. This forum is for parallel job specific question.
You hardcode the value for the key while building the hashed file to say 'X'. When you read the hashed file, hardcode the value 'X' for the key and for each incoming record, the hashed file will be read.
But this way only one record can be stored in the hashed file.

One record per hashed file and for each incoming record the hashed file will be read.thats all fine...
But what will be the use of this Dummy key?Do the source needs to lookup the hashed file through the Dummy key?
Thanks
