Controller problem

HI All

I am runnig some job sequnces in production from past 6 months , 2 days back we have made some changes to the jobs in Dev, and jobs and sequences are running fine in Dev. When we are trying to run the same job sequences in QA , the jobs were failing and throwing following errors.

Controller problem: Error calling DSRunJob(ProductInterface), code=-99
[General repository interface 'other error']

we have added some UNIX scripts for the existing job.

I want to know whats the problem ? pls suggest me to overcome from this error.

If you back out the changes do things run successfully? If so, the culprit is obvious.
