Incorrect Conversion of non-Ascii characters..

This is an optionally-installed part of DataStage ...

1. How can i know whether it is installed on our server?

2.If not, can i get it installed now?

3.How ?

You can tell if NLS is insalled by looking at your stages in Designer. There will be NLS tabs in there, I think one for input and one for output, but maybe just on the properties bit, don't have it installed here and it's been a while.

If it's not installed you will have to re-run the installation and select it as an option to install. This should work by choosing the maintentance option when install starts.
