We have a problem with web services in Production,
There are 4 web services transformer stage in our job,
some times all working fine and some times 2 of them are hanging,
means its shows 0 row input but output link it show still blue-starting,
so what would be the reason,and this all jobs (interface-jobs)working fine under different environment,

Without any other detail, it's impossible to tell..... do you have any idea of the conditions under which they fail? any errors? anything in the log?
Once you reproduce the conditions, whether in the environment or in your data or something else, you might find it helpful (but don't do this for production job until you've nailed things down) to turn on the detailed tracing for the WSTransformer Stage.... when you see the standard "run" dialog box for your job, click on the Trace tab, then highlight your WSTransformer Stage on the left, and then click "all four" check boxes on the right...you'll get a very detailed trace of things going on in the WSTransformer. Most will be useless -- but you will also see the XML SOAP envelope going out ...and the SOAP envelope returning ....and that will tell you much about where a problem might be, once of course you have narrowed down your search and have a better idea of what might be causing the failure.
