No Limit settings

There is no project level settings. The only option is to set in each director.
Check this link.
Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'

You can set the default in Director using Options from the Tools menu.

But that default is only for jobs started from that particular Director client by that particular user - it becomes a Registry entry on the client PC.

so we can not set it different warning limit for different projects for the same user? or in other words if One change the limit for one project, it will effect all the other projects for the same user runs?

As noted, this default value is not a Project level setting, it applies equally to all Projects connected to from that particular client.

Note also that in parallel jobs there is no Run limit unless you compile in trace mode. (You marked your job type as parallel even though you posted in the server forum.) Our comments about the Warning limit remain pertinent.
