Error when using sybase target

Hi all

I am getting the following error while using sybase as target.I am using the ASEupsert as write method.
Please find teh fatal error
Could not locate operator definition, wrapper, or Unix command for "asesybaseupsert"; please check that all needed libraries are preloaded, and check the PATH for the wrappers
