Job is Locked

Hai,

I have tried to view data in odbc. Unfortunately the job has been locked. I went to director and select cleanup resources then i have select the corresponding job id and i have pressed logout button. But, that job is not log out. Even i have tried job by process and i have selected RELEASE JOB ALL. Even it didn't release the job. I dont know how to logout the job. Can anyone help me How to do that?

Note: The id is same for (19144) for different jobs (Stg_Surveys and copy_stg_surveys_1)

Hi Prabhu,

Try this to unlock the Job.

1.Go to Administrator->Projects
2.Select your project click Command
3.Type 'ds.tools' click execute.
4.Type 4
5.Type 7
6.It would ask you to enter the Pid#
7.Enter your Pid and enter

This has worked for me.Update if it has worked for you.

Make sure you choose the PID, not the user number.
