Import Error

Hi, We're in the process of patching our demo environment with mp3 delta and mp4 delta for EPM. I have run into trouble while trying to import the dsx files for mp3 into Ascential, however. Whenever I try to import through Datastage Manager, I get an error: " Another job is being created - Try again later."
If I click ok, it will give me this message for every job it tries to patch.
One of my concerns is that MP2 was never properly imported to this project. Has anyone seen this message before?
