email notification stage

I have some chinese characters in the subject field. They can't be displayed properly in the resulting email.
I think maybe it is due to the fact that character encoding is not properly set up(where to set it?).
Any suggestion is welcomed! Thanks.

Can you please post the command which you are using to mail?

It's the notification stage in a job sequence.

I think (I never tried it) but the character setting for this stage is on the project level.
