migrating from V5.2 to V7.5

migrating from V5.2 to V7.5

i have to migrated jobs from V5.2 to V7.5 ? What are the problems that will be encountered during migration and what are the steps involved for migration. In V7.5 will the jobs be in server or parallel? i worked with V7.5 parallel jobs? Aprreciate your help.

Each job type in 7.5 will be whatever it was in 5.2.
