Go to search and just give win32 error in loadlibrary and you will get plenty of views

Are you REALLY running DataStage version 4 with Oracle 9 plug-in stage? I do not know that this combination is supported.

In our case the problem is user dependent. If we login DS as an administrator the jobs run fine, but for other users (that are in a domain group that has permissions on the dll) we get the same error. I read that the PATH must be set to the dll. That has been set, but anyhow the error persists.
So short, this is no more than a hint, not a real solution yet.
