I have cleared the file and also modified the job settings to abort after encountering certain number (10) of warnings

Hi All,
By just clearing up the problematic job's status file and resetting all aborted jobs/sequences and re-running them again, I was able to resolve the issue. Just sharing this in a case some one wanted to just finish it some how till getting a permenant solution.
