We have installed sybase clinet on DS server. It worked before, but after moving to the new server , we are getting this ds_loadlibrary error.

Check with DSEDIT utility, if you can access the sybase servers.
DSEDIT utility is available at Programs>Sybase

What precisely do you mean by this?

"but after moving to the new server we are getting this"

First mention of a new server / server move, so now I'm curious exactly how all this was "moved".

Craig, New server means, everything is installed new on the NEW server, but only the DS projects are exported and imported.

Just a thought, Will uninstalling and installing the sybase client helps? I just reinstalled the sybaseoc plugin using package installer and rebooted, but there is no use.

Which would generally be fine but it sounds like the Sybase Client installation may not be quite kosher. Perhaps you should re-install it and see if that helps?

reinstalling the sybase open client worked. Thanks all for your tips.
