The notes say that there is a patch listed for this problem as patch # JR31326 which I cannot find in FixCentral. I am still waiting for a response from IBM.

THis issue has been fixed for Windows bythe critical patch released by IBM in October 2009. Install the critical patch and you will be able to import routines.

i had the same problem.
i talked to our local IBM representative and was told to use the Information Server Manager to perform the imoprt / export
i tried it and it solve the case for me
