Extracting Packed decimal data type from A flat file

I have a pdf book on how to use a cff stage if u want i can give u that contained in docs folder of datastage client...u must b having it i think in ur datastage installation

Actually, what poonamgoyal said in his oh so lovely cell phone text message speak was the fact that you already have it on your pc. It's called cffstage.pdf and is located in the 'Docs' directory - along with all kinds of other cool documentation - just under wherever you installed your DataStage client.

In our project we dont have access to the mainframe system. Where can I get the Cobal copy book (.cfd file)

The pdf doesnot says anything about unpacking the packed columns. Can some one please tell me where in CFF can I specify this.
