Unable to register ORAOCI9 plugin

Hello,

I tried to register ORAOCI9 plugin and I got the below error:

The 'ORAOCI9' Plugin being registered is an older version than the one already installed in this project. The existing version of this Plugin must be unregistered before this new version can be registered.

I tried to unregister but I couldn't find that plugin in Stage Types in Manger. I see Oracle 7 Load, Oracle OCI and Oracle OCI Load.

Our jobs run fine and we can read from and write into Oracle using DRS stage.

Help!!!

Missed this one-

When I chose ORAOCI9 from Plug-in Meta data import I get

Error calling subroutine: DSR_IMPPLG (Action=1); check DataStage is set up correctly in project DWDEV
(The connection is broken (81002))

and

There are no registered plug-ins that support meta data import

I'm not quite sure as I don't recall having to "register" anything ever.

If you need to install optional plug-ins, you do that be repeating the installation of the server component. It will detect that you already have that version installed and default to maintenance mode, where one option is to install plug-ins. Perhaps that might help?
