performance problem in 8.1 server job

Hi

I am trying to extract data from oracle table which is a very high volume
so i am confused with the array size value to be and actually ithe problem is the rows per sec is decreasing as the job is running further and it takesa lot of time to finish the job.

Can any one help me out in this
