How to reset the value using KeyMgtgetnextvalue()

How to reset the value using KeyMgtgetnextvalue()

I am using KeyMgtgetnextvalue() to generate a unique number.Once I complete my job I want to reset the value starting from 1. How can I reset the value to 1.

Please advice.
