xmeta database change

We have installed datastage on aix and xmeta schema stores in oracle. now we are planing to create new/change database name.
Is there any idea how to change or create new xmeta schema with different databse which was pointing to aix box.

Ain't sure, but this might not work after you have installed the engine and services.

A database alias might be a simple working solution. Else, raise a PMR to IBM and get their opinion.
