Information Server Manager Not Launching

Post by bluezed28 »

Hi- I'm on V8.1 with a number recommended installed patches on the client and server tiers (AIX).

I'm not able to get IS manager to launch. Getting the error from the Windows client: An error has occured. See the log file c:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\manager\configuration\<logfile.log>. the contents of the file are below.

Has anyone had the same error? And what did you do to fix it?

"Could not be found in the registry" suggests that ISM was not installed correctly. Was there any mention of a problem in the install log?
