Teradata API stage not inserting/updating multiple rows

I am using Teradata API stage to update table in teradata, But the job is updating only one row for one time run of the job eventhough 5 rows have to be updated at a time. so I have to run the job five times to update the five rows.The same is the case of inserting multiple rows of data.Could anyone please help me out of this issue.

If what you are saying is correct, that sounds awful bug-like and would suggest you should contact your official support provider for guidance.
