NLS mapping error

Hi while trying to insert into a table in the job, am getting the following error.

nls_map_buffer_out() - NLS mapping error, row 38434 (approx),

This job is tryign to insert values like Na z?bo?? 47 (the '?' are symbols which are converted i.e the special character which are not supported are transformed like this)
But how to solve this error?
