OPEN HUB EXTRACT ERROR

Hi ,

I am facing a problem in OPEN HUB EXTRACT stage for BW , This is the first time i am using this stage. I have added all the connections and the respective source system and Infospoke but in the columns tab the columns are not displayed.

I donot understand why, Is it any connection issue or the installation problem. Because if its anything regarding installation let me know

But BW load stage is working fine for me, Just wanted to learn extract stage i tried to build a test job but couldnt do it because of this issue
