Status code = -2 DSJE_BADSTATE

Hi All,

while running datastage job in Afterjob Subroutine will call the that
particular datastage job.
i used the commandline to run the dsrun command.After that i am
getting the below Error
can anybody suggest me how can we reslove that.
Error message:
A problem was encountered while running writejobparameters.
Error running job
Status code = -2 DSJE_BADSTATE

Either not compiled or already running, usually. I personally think running anothe job 'after job' is not a very good idea, but that's just me.
