User Creation

Hi,

I have created a user thru web console from user menu and assigned his role to suite user and Datastage and Quality Stage user. And also I have created the same user at OS level.

And I logged into Datastage Administrator and assigned to a project with the role as operator, but i'm not able to login to Datastage Director or Designer.

Could any one pls help me?

What is the error message you receive ?
