Is it possible to change the default project NLS setting for new projects?
When we create new projects the default setting automatically is "ISO8859-1", but we want this to be "NONE". How can we change this default, so it doesn't have to be changed manually in Administrator after creating a project?

Hmmm... I believe there is a hidden project called the 'Template' project and that is what 'seeds' any new project creation. However, I don't know how to change the default NLS setting there, if indeed that is what is controlling it. Sorry.

Template is not an editable project. I don't believe there is any way to change the default NLS setting - it is determined at installation time from the "language" of the operating system.
