can anybody help me using db2 satge can we extract the Version 9.5 of db2 data in server edition 8.0.1

What issue would that be? Have you tried this and gotten an error? If you're just asking if one works with the other, I have no clue but it sure seems like something your official support provider could answer for you rather easily.

Still have no clue and generally when one asks a question they use one of these - "?". Give it a try sometime!

If no-one here can answer the question, then I'd still suggest asking it of your official support provider.
