How to get the Datastage ServerEdition installation software

Hi all.

Could any one of you can share me with the means to obtain the Datastage installation software. BTW my company has bought Datastage software production and we have the ICN,we just need install do migration and we need the installation software.

Appreciate your kind reply.

When they bought it, they would have received instructions on how to download it.

Or, depending on the deal with the vendor, the software may have been supplied on a DVD. Check with the vendor/reseller.

You need to find out who in the organisation has access to IBM Passport Advantage - usually there are one or two admin users. You can try self registering yourself on Passport Advantage using your customer ID and the Passport Advantage administrator in your organisation will approve your request. If this is the first IBM product your company has ever bought you may not have any existing Passport Advantage admins so you can self nominate as the admin when you register.

Yah, good luck with that. Got stuck in an endless 'self nomination loop' once, boy was that frustrating. Not even the 'admin approval' part worked until we got IBM on the phone and all three of us walked through it simultaneously with the IBM guy disappearing behind the curtain from time to time to "check" things... pay no attention...
