Invalid source system - SAP BW

HI,

Iam trying to load data to the SAP BW system .I was able to succesfully create connections in RFC manager to SAP and BW and when i monitor the RFC connection it says as 'Connnection opened'.
Now when i use these connection in my job and try to define the Infosource details i get an error called "salect a valid source system first and try this property'. I have no clue as why this error happens.
I have tried shutting down and restarting RFC manager and the log of RFC says that connection is opened .
Can anyone help on this ?
