The DB2/UDB Load stage does not work. SQL1325N

Hi,

Our client is working with DB2 (as4000) vesion 5.4 on linux envirnment.
They are reading and writing to the database with the DB2 UDB API stage.
when I tried to use the DB2 UDB LOAD stage I got the next error message :

"SQL1325N The remote database environment does not support the command or one of the command options. "

Can you advise?
