Need help

Am using FTP stage to get data from Remote File, residing on remote server,I am reading data from an CSV file, and writing it to a sequential file,

So am getting below error...please help me .....

ERROR

srcRecon_LN..xfmCPST: Function, convertRBufToUTF() error: Unable to map data to internal character set.(0 == plctx->bytesLeftIn_UTFbuf)

Please advise how the data are encoded in the remote file and what your DataStage NLS setting in the FTP stage is.

well the NLS setting is UTF8, we are using...

And are the data in the file encoded using the same UTF-8 ? (Note that there are many UTF encodings of Unicode, not just one.)
