NLS Language Error 139

In my job i am loading the dataset to oracle thro copy stage in between
i am able to view the data in daset but my job abort saying NLS language is UTF8 is set not used
I also checked in admoinistrator and oracle stage it set correct only

Why it fails?
HOw to et rid of it?

Where is this error being raised, in which stage? What is your Oracle database character set?

Search for the exact error message, which I would guess is about the NLS_LANG environment variable, but I'm not going to waste my time speculating. Post the exact error message and we'll be able to be more help, assuming that you don't find what you need when you search.
