Log report

hi all,

If i clear the log report in the director, is there any way to get back the report? I mean through director itself or at the least through the administrator? If so pls. advice.

Your time will be highly appreciated.

Whatever you 'clear' from the log is gone, so no.

One more thing..
RT_BPnnn is a sub directory. In this what does it mean RT & BP. I mean, is there any expansion for it?

It is frowned upon to string unrelated questions together. Please don't make it a habit.

I'm sure there's an "expansion" for "RT" & "BP" but you'd need one of the Grognards to chime in, someone who'd been in on the development of the product. I'd just be guessing. To me, all that really matters is knowing what each of the various "RT" directories holds.

RT = "run time". BP = "BASIC program". SC = "source code". DS = "design" (not DataStage). QS = "QualityStage".
