copy error

copy error

hi all,

am really weird cos sometimes i can able to create a copy of a job but sometimes not. When am trying to create a copy i got an error saying that "cannot create RT_CONFIG<job number> and error calling subroutine failed" and moreover its saying that cannot create the file.

Could any one know then pls. help me out.

Is your project file system full? Usually this is a bad thing.

Actually, usually this is a Bad Thing. Sometimes even a Very Bad Thing. :wink:

  • Go to the home directory of your project and have a look at th rights and ownership of the RT_CONFIG1809 folder. Is i different to the other RT_CONFIG folders? Have a look insid that folder and make sure there are two files there. Hash file are made up of two files. If one is missing or empty you ca recover from this by copying in a file from another RT_CONFIG directory.

Yes kcbland... I've checked the same after some time and i've cleared some spaces in my project Now am able to do everything... Its because of Space problem only.

Yes kcbland... I've checked the same after some time and i've cleared some spaces in my project Now am able to do everything... Its because of Space problem only.
