MS SQL Server Load stage error

Hi,
We are attempting to use the MS SQL Server Load stage for the first time in our shop. I am running a simple test trying to load a 4 row text file into an SQL server table.

Sequential file====>> Interprocess====>>MS SQL Server Load stage

I receive the following warning when I run and don't know where to begin looking.

jptest..MS_SQL_Server_Load_3: SQL server OLEDB provider authorization failed. followed by...

jptest..MS_SQL_Server_Load_3: Failed to establish datasource connection.

Looks like we had the wrong password from the DBA......working fine now...
