Export Process

Post by satya99 »

Hi,

I am taking an export in Manager ( login as dsadm).
I can see the export in progress in manager.
Is there any command in unix where we can see this export process.

Thanks

By "see" do you mean monitor? There is a client process, look for dsapi_slave and dscs processes active for each client connection.

There's no monitoring of an export's progress outside of the Manager client. You could infer an export or import is done if the process is using less CPU time.
