DS8.0 & DB2 V8 Compatability Issues - while Migration

Hi Experts,

We are doing DS migration from 7.0 to 8.0 , useing unix, oracle & DB2 V8.

we had a problem in dev box, while running these jobs (with DB2) server getting hanging , many times we need to reboot the server.

is there any known issues with DS 8.0 Issues either with oracle or DB2,

is there any solutions for this problems.

You can not use DB2 version 8 for the common Repository; it must be DB2 version 9. Therefore you probably have DB2 Client version issues.

Similarly the common Repository requires Oracle version 10g so an appropriate version of Oracle client software is needed for that if Oracle is your DBMS of choice.
