source and target chaged

we have many changes on our source and target, and we have about 200 jobs running in production for at least one year back.now we have to apply those changes to the jobs to reflect the new added columns to the source and target.
what is best approch to make those changes to the ETL jobs and metadata, and if there any tools helping doing that(metadata).
any help will be very appreciated

Just use proper SDLC methodologies, do impact analysis and rigorous testing. The Designer is easy to use, there's really no issue involved other than straight development and testing.

Not much, other than to point out the Usage Analysis tool for your metadata available from the Manager. It may help.

Usage Analysis is probably the first thing you need to do. Select each of the affected table definitions and use Usage Analysis to learn which jobs touch each of them. (If you have not been systematic with loading imported/saved table definitions in jobs, then Usage Analysis may not find all jobs; in this case you will need to query DS_JOBOBJECTS: search the forum for techniques.)

Purchasing a paid membership is well worth the investment! It costs pennies a day, is much cheaper than a support call, and most companies will cover the cost for you if you show it is an oft used resource. If they won't pay for it, you can write it off of your own taxes.
