Hi,
From where i can download Datastage web services pack. my default installation does not contain web services pack.

From wherever your vendor, to whom you have paid the license fee for the PACK, tells you to download it.

No, not legally.

Arnd is correct...there is no longer a cost associated with Web Services Pack, but it still has to be obtained only for valid licensed DataStage Servers, from whoever your provider is, whether it's IBM directly or other reseller. In version 8, it's automatically on the canvas.
