ACCESS DENIED:project currently locked.

Hi All,

I am facing this error.

ACCESS DENIED:project currently locked.
The project currently locked by administer.try again later or see you administer.

i open datastage designer enter project name,User Name,Password and select Project after i click ok it showing this error message.

Please help in this issue.

does an other user has access to your project?

do you have access to an other project on this server?

Yes.12 users are accessing this server.

I see this when there are enough broken connections to exhaust certain control structures. Get a list of all connected clients (ps -ef |grep dsapi) and use DS.TOOLS to logout any obvious defunct ones.
