Can’t import/delete DataStage job

Try running DS.CHECKER - it tidies up after incompletely deleted jobs. You must have exclusive access to the project to run this command.

Once you have run DS.CHECKER, if the job is still present, try deleting it again.

Also you can rebuild indexes,
It seems that your problem is because the indexes of the proyect are corrupted.
If use use the tool REBUILD.INDEX it will works ok.

Nice theory, but the RT_... tables aren't indexed.

Thank you Ray - DS.CHECKER did the trick!

Baiscally DS.CHECKER found that the job had no files and asked if the internal job record should be removed. After this was complete the job no longer appeared in Manager and there was no problem reimporting it from source control.
