Error : Timed out while waiting for an event

I got the error ;'Timed out while waiting for an event' while ruing a sequential file. I have called this sequntial file in a wrapper script. what could be the error?

Timeouts most commonly occur when the server machine is overloaded. Search on this site and elsewhere (for example IBM DeveloperNet) for details.
