Hi i'm looking for a website for complete document on the datastage server jobs,pls any kind of help is apprciated

You can stop looking, there isn't one. There is a Tutorial that ships with the DataStage software - ask your employer for the CD and a project so that you can install the same.

If you dont mind can you provide your mail id, because i have one good material which covers all most all the sufficient stuff for the datastage.
