C++ compiler for Information Analizer and Datastage Server

Hi,
I am new to Information analizer(profile stage)
I have datastage hawk and information analizer suite.
when i try to run column analysis in information analizer, it says you need to install c++ compiler for Information analizer to work.
I have datastage server.do I need c++ compiler for server addition also

.
Kindly help me

Yes.
Visual Studio .Net 2003 or later on Windows. And this ideally needs to be installed prior to IS install.
